In response to the national pandemic our country is facing, Citran Occupational Health is committed to providing essential services that our clients rely on to assist them with making the workplace healthy and safe. Citran Occupational Health will be initiating a telehealth option for our injured workers in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. The Ohio BWC is implementing a temporary telehealth policy that allows providers to substitute a telephone call if the provider determines the visit would create unnecessary or increased risk of exposure to the injured worker.
