Telehealth

In response to the national pandemic our country is facing, Citran Occupational Health is committed to providing essential services that our clients rely on to assist them with making the workplace healthy and safe. Citran Occupational Health will be initiating a telehealth option for our injured workers in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. The Ohio BWC is implementing a temporary telehealth policy that allows providers to substitute a telephone call if the provider determines the visit would create unnecessary or increased risk of exposure to the injured worker.
The telehealth option will comply with the Ohio BWC policy in lieu of a face-to-face visit during this state of emergency related to COVID-19. At this time, telehealth is reserved for injured workers follow up appointments.

Additional Zoom Resources: Instructions to download Zoom for computers with web cams can be found here, or it will automatically download the software when you try to get on a meeting for the first time.
Your visit can also be done on your mobile phone via the Zoom app. You can find this in your mobile phone app store. More details are found here.
